Red Kanchipuram silk saree with blue micro checks and hand block print floral buttis all over the body enhanced with zari border which has woven in geometric pattern. The pallu of the saree has royal blue with geometric weave.

Woodblock printing on textiles is the process of printing patterns  on textiles, usually of linen, cotton or silk by means of incised wooden blocks.
